A typical CaCO3 production line need to use the following equipment: 1、 Rough pulverization: we often adopt the edge and hammer style shredder. 2、 Ultra-fine pulverization: by means of GCC(drying method),if the fineness of the finished product required is 30mm, it can obtain the best economic interest through the lemon mill and the pendular style mill, if the fineness is 5~20mm, the ultra-fine ball mill is the best choice. If by means of WGCC(wet method), it can obtain the 1~2mm finished product by the vertical stirring ball mill in place of horizontal wet mills.Tthe wet style ball mill is also available, but its cost will be higher. Besides the filler and surface processing material , the paper-making industry have also the large demand of pulp CaCO3 ,so the veritical gravel mill will be a ideal choice.
